More than a BBQ, The Ultimate Barbeque brings in many meals to corporations around the Bay Area. We update our menu frequently. Below are some samples and prices. If your company provides meals on a regular schedule, if you have less than minimum, or your favorite meal in not on the menu, please contact us by E-mailing us or call us at 408 BBQ - RIBS (227-7427) for a more custom menu and quote. The Ultimate BBQ can also provide you with a Company Holiday Party. Either onsite or we have a number of Banquet Rooms available through out Santa Clara and the Silicon Valley area. Tacos or Tostada: Toppings include Chicken, Beans, Beef, Rice and Cheese, Soft and Hard-Shell Taco Shells, Flour Tortillas, Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Chips and Salsa. $9.75 per person

Good Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf: Served with Garden Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Steamed Vegetables and Dinner Roll. $9.50 per person

Turkey Roast: Served with Garden Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Peas, Corn and Dinner Roll. $10.50 per person

Baked Ham and Turkey: Same as above, adding baked ham. $11.50 per person

Teriyaki Chicken Breast: Jell-o Salad with Pineapple, Rice, Sauteed Vegetables and Dinner Roll. $10.50 per person

Portabella Bandolini Prima vera (with or without chicken): Caesar Salad and Focaccia Bread. $11.50 per person

Beef Stroganoff: Over Egg Noodles, Garden Salad, Green Beans, Dinner roll. $9.50 per person

Salad and Baked Potato Bar: Toppings Galore. $8.50 per person

Chicken Marsala: In Farfalle Pasta, Garden Salad, Sauted Zucchini and Yellow Squash, Dinner Roll $11.50 per person

Soup and Sandwich: ( Employee's favorite ) Hearty Old-Fashioned Vegetable Soup, plus all the fixings to build a Deli-Style Sandwich, and a Cookie too! $9.95 per person

Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas: Served with a Garden Salad, Rice, Beans, Chips and Salsa. $9.50 per person

Prime Rib: Served with Garden Salad, Baked Potato, Saute` Vegetables, Dinner Roll. $16.50 per person

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage: Garden Salad and Cheese Bread Sticks. $10.50 per person

Scampi: Prawns sauteed in Garlic butter served with Rice, Steamed Vegetables and Dinner Roll. $16.95 per person

Hamburger or Hot Dogs: plus all the fixings served with our famous BBQ Beans and a Garden Fresh Green Salad. $9.50 per person

Continental Breakfast: Fresh in-season fruit, assorted Pastries, Breakfast Breads, Bagels and Cream Cheese, Freshly Baked Muffins. $7.50 per person

Regular Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, Hash Brown Potatoes, Bacon, Ham, Sausage and Toasted English Muffin. $9.50 per person

Gourmet Breakfast: Our Regular Breakfast combined with our Continental Breakfast. $11.95 per person
